Transnational co-operation is a central feature of Equal. This transnational emphasis makes sure that lessons are learned across the Member States and examples of good practice are exchanged.

TMD London has formed a partnership with three other Equal Development Partnerships across Europe, working collectively as 4Inclusion. There is much we can all learn from other agencies, at a local, regional, national, European and indeed international level. We want to ensure that good practice and good ideas are not lost - and that they are promoted to other agencies in other cities and other countries as a way forward. Linking our activities to other European Equal programmes as 4Inclusion enables us to do this.

TMD London is London's 4Inclusion partner. OSW, as the lead TMD London partner, holds the role of transnational secretariat.
