OSW staff are based at three separate locations. The majority of the team work from the main office at Newhams Row, but staff working on the Work for Homeless Households Project are based at St. Mungo's Bridge Training Centre, and staff on the Career Move Project are based at Cambridge Heath Church and Community Centre. All current staff are listed below.

Main Office

James Boyle is the 3xE Network Advisor, working in a three-person team at OSW. He works closely with 3xE Network members, and undertakes diagnostic needs assessments, tailored training, and action planning for members interested in establishing or partnering social enterprises. He supports existing social enterprise members, and promotes the team’s overall aim of improving the supply chain within the social enterprise economy. Email: jamesboyle@osw.org.uk.

Ian Canadine is the IT/Database Manager at OSW. He has overall responsibility for managing the OSW Link system, which includes provision of training and support to OSW provider staff who use Link, co-ordinating ongoing development of the system, and working on reports and statistical analysis from Link data. Liz Duff is the London Transitional Spaces Team Leader. Liz joined OSW in November 2006 and has responsibiltiy for managing the TSP team, who will provide support and guidance to men and women living in hostel and temporary supported accommodation. Email: lizduff@osw.org.uk.

Ed Egbukole is a London Coach for the Transitional Spaces Project. Ed will provide support and guidance to men and women on the project to enable them to gain employment and move into private rented sector accommodation, working with project staff from other homeless, employment and training agencies across London to ensure that this transition is as smooth as possible. Syane Findlay is a London Coach for the Transitional Spaces Project. Michael Fothergill is the WILLOW Project Manager at OSW, and is responsible for managing the development and implementation of OSW’s Welfare Influencing in London: Lobbying on Worklessness project. He is responsible for leading the function of policy influencing, marketing, communications and PR, and in particular by engaging and capturing the voice of homeless individuals and smaller and specialist groups working with disadvantaged people. Lloyd Francis is the Monitoring and Administration Officer. He has responsibility for the development of systems and procedures for service delivery projects, administrative monitoring and evaluation requirements and managing relations with partner organisations. Debbie Hilton is Director of Delivery. She leads on the development and implementation of two innovative projects. The Transitional Spaces Project, which aims to link employment and private sector accommodation options for current hostel residents in London and Tyneside, and the Work for Homeless Households Project which provides employment-focussed advice, guidance and practical support to families living in temporary accommodation in West London. Marie-France (Mifa) Howard is the TSP Property Coach. Her role is to give clients the tools and skills to enable them to access and move into their own home in the private rented sector, and to provide six months post tenancy support. Email: mariefrancehoward@osw.org.uk.

Yvonne Keane is the 3xE Network Membership & Information Officer. She is responsible for developing and maintaining systems ensuring an effective flow of information across the 3xE Network, including events, seminars, online communications methods and newsletters. Email: yvonnekeane@osw.org.uk.

Frances Mapstone is Chief Executive of OSW, and is responsible for the overall management of the charity and for strategic development. She joined OSW in August 2008, and has a background in Local Authority housing and homelessness and social policy. Email: francesmapstone@osw.org.uk.

Adam Marshall is a London Coach for the Transitional Spaces Project and joined OSW in February 2007. Janice Massingham is OSW's Director of Core Support Unit. Her role encompasses coordinating our budgetary and financial planning, with direct responsibility for all statutory and management accounting reporting. She also provides support to operational teams in the financial aspects of bid applications, grant claims and contract monitoring. Allied to her finance duties, Janice has direct responsibility for the office management function, which involves managing the central overhead budget, liaising with suppliers and ensuring the office runs efficiently. Ian Perkins is the Director of Development. He has overarching responsibility for OSW’s operational planning, income generation and new business and service development. Jenny Turner is the Co-ordinator for the Ethical Enterprise and Employment (3xE) Network. She is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Network, which aims to build the capacity and sustainability of organisations in the homelessness sector using social enterprise, supported employment and self-employment. Jill Wallis is a London Coach for the Transitional Spaces Project and joined OSW in February 2007. Work for Homeless Households Project

Suzanne Parsons is the Senior Job Coach for the Work for Homeless Households Project. WHH provides employment-focused advice, guidance and practical support to families living in temporary accommodation in the West London boroughs (except Hammersmith & Fulham). WHH assists economically inactive family members to address issues such as personal finances and debt, benefits and personal support needs with the aim of gaining sustained employment or training. Coaches will focus on identifying solutions to barriers such as debt, child care, health and skills and assist with training or back to work calculations.
